Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Kavivo processes information to provide its illustration-to-model service. For privacy, access, correction, or deletion requests, contact contact@kavivo.app.
Information we process
We process your account identifier and sign-in information made available by your chosen provider; your selected primary use case during onboarding; uploaded artwork; generated and edited working files; previews and model exports; job, error, purchase, refund, and download-entitlement records; agreement records; and messages you send to support.
Our infrastructure providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, request information, and security logs to deliver and protect the service. New payments are not accepted in the current preview release, and Kavivo does not collect full payment-card numbers.
Why we use this information
We use this information to sign you in, understand how the service is used, process and edit artwork, generate and deliver files, enforce quotas and access permissions, verify purchases and refunds, prevent abuse, investigate errors, maintain agreement evidence, and respond to support and privacy requests.
You choose which artwork to submit. We do not obtain a separate advertising or public-showcase permission from accepting the Terms. Public examples using customer artwork require separate permission.
Service providers and international processing
Kavivo uses Vercel for website hosting, server functions, and queues; Modal for GPU processing; Cloudflare R2, Queues, and Workers for private files and processing events; and Supabase for authentication and database records. Your selected sign-in provider also processes sign-in information under its own privacy information. Our email provider processes messages sent to our support inbox.
These providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their processing locations and applicable protections depend on the service and configuration; we do not promise that information stays in a single country. Contact us for information about your request and the providers involved. We will explain the payment arrangements before new purchases become available.
AI processing and content use
Kavivo uses pretrained AI models to process your artwork. Kavivo does not use your uploads to train or fine-tune its AI models. Your artwork is processed to create and edit your model.
Model authors are credited for their technology. The application's conversion path runs model inference on our compute provider rather than sending uploaded artwork to the research authors as an inference service.
Storage, access, and retention
Source artwork and generated files are stored in private storage. Access is controlled through account and purchase checks, with time-limited file links where applicable. Anyone who obtains an issued link may be able to use it until it expires; signing out does not itself invalidate it.
We retain artwork and model files while needed to provide editing and download access and operate the service. We do not currently set a general automatic deletion deadline for those files. Download and keep purchased files; permanent hosting is not part of the purchase.
We review requests to remove account information and content. Some transaction, security, and legal records may need to be retained for the purposes that require them. Provider-managed backups or logs may follow the relevant provider's retention and deletion cycle.
Your privacy requests
Email contact@kavivo.app to request access, correction, or deletion of your information or account. You do not need to make a purchase to contact us. We may verify that you control the relevant account before providing private information or taking action. Do not send identity documents unless a specific, necessary verification method has been agreed.
We review requests manually, stop or isolate relevant active processing where needed, and explain what can be removed and any information that must remain. Available rights and applicable response deadlines depend on your location and circumstances. This policy does not limit rights that apply to you under law.
Browser storage and advertising
The application uses authentication cookies and browser storage for sign-in and continuity of model processing and editor updates. These support the service rather than a marketing subscription.
The current application does not include an advertising pixel or a separate audience analytics SDK. Visiting an advertisement or a third-party checkout may involve that provider's own technologies. If optional tracking is introduced, we will update this information and provide choices where required. Agreement to our Terms is separate from any optional advertising or marketing consent.
Policy changes and contact
We publish policy changes with an updated effective date and give additional notice where appropriate. Acknowledging this policy is not blanket consent to every purpose or future use. For questions, contact contact@kavivo.app.
