Kavivo uses independent research, software, and pretrained AI components. These credits do not imply endorsement. The notices below preserve their respective licenses; they do not place all customer artwork or exports under one software license.
AI-model licenses and use restrictions
Our Terms incorporate the applicable paragraph 5 and Attachment A use restrictions from the complete model licenses below. LayerDiff 3D combines Apache-2.0 contributions with CreativeML Open RAIL++-M (Animagine XL and SDXL), CreativeML Open RAIL-M (LayerDiffuse), and MIT (SDXL-VAE-FP16-Fix) components. Marigold Depth combines Apache-2.0 contributions with the Marigold Open RAIL++-M and Stable Diffusion 2 CreativeML Open RAIL++-M terms.
The Marigold materials explain that the complete Stable Diffusion 2 Attachment A applies where the upstream Marigold template leaves a placeholder. Read the complete texts rather than treating the summaries as exhaustive. The model licenses also contain output provisions; a model-weight license is not automatically a blanket license for every customer output.

Artwork processing and conversion
See-through code is licensed under Apache-2.0. Kavivo's fork modifies the processing pipeline and semantic layer handling. The image2live2d conversion code is Apache-2.0; Kavivo's fork adds private server orchestration, queue handling, revision management, and exports.
The converter source credits OpenL2D / moc3ingbird format research. A research reference is not a claim that all referenced code is incorporated or that the output format is licensed by Kavivo. External applications and runtimes can have separate requirements.
NijiViewer and browser runtime
NijiViewer is pinned to revision e52f52e79efb2a8599120db26e73ef63e92bba0d. Its source provenance and BSD-2-Clause notices accompany the matching JavaScript and WebAssembly runtime.
Editor and website dependencies
The editor includes ag-psd 31.0.2 and its bundled dependencies. Their license and copyright notices are preserved in the editor notices. The website dependency notices below are generated from the installed, locked runtime packages, including React, Next.js, Lucide, Supabase clients, and other supporting libraries.
Customer files and compatibility
The paid ZIP contains generated model data and artwork, not a copy of the AI checkpoints. These notices do not replace your rights or permissions in submitted artwork or the applicable output provisions. Kavivo does not supply a license to every external viewer, runtime, trademark, or future format.
