Questions about a purchase? Email contact@kavivo.app. Include your order details for payment or delivery problems; a purchase is not required to ask a pre-sale question.
What your purchase includes
Your one-time purchase unlocks the Live2D-compatible ZIP for the selected original model and later versions created through Kavivo's editor. Editing is free. A new source illustration creates a separate model with its own export purchase. Check the preview and the described export format before purchasing.
The final price, currency, taxes, and total are displayed at checkout. Access appears in your Kavivo account after server-side payment verification. Download and keep your purchased files; permanent hosting and compatibility with every external application are not promised.
If something goes wrong
If your purchase does not unlock access, the export cannot be delivered, or you believe there is a material problem with what you received, contact contact@kavivo.app with your order details and a description of the problem. We will review the issue and available remedies, including a refund where appropriate or required by law.
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy. Applicable checkout terms, Lemon Squeezy's refund decisions, and mandatory consumer rights remain applicable. This policy does not set an unconditional refund guarantee or remove rights available under law.
A fully refunded order no longer supports new download access under that order. Other valid purchases are assessed separately. Files already downloaded cannot be remotely recalled.
